Suits of Armor

A knight in the 14th - 16th centuries often had three custom-made suits of armor-- one for battle, one for jousting and one for court.

Self-guided visits:
With our self-guided visit options, your group has the opportunity to explore the Frazier Museum at their leisure. You can request a special historical interpretation, or just enjoy whatever is scheduled for the day of your visit.

Guided Highlights Tour:
Create a one-of-a-kind personalize tour for your group! Your group will be treated to a highlights tour of our 3rd Floor Royal Armories collection to learn the stories and history behind the artifacts, as well as handle a rare, authentic artifact (artifact handling is subject to availability). Be sure to ask about future guided highlights tour in the works.

Package options:

“Heroes and Hall of Famers” with the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory
Includes discounted admission to the Frazier Museum (including lunch)
and the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory.
Minimum: 15 people. $27 per person

“Uniting in History” with the Muhammad Ali Center
Includes discounted admission to the Frazier Museum (including lunch)
and the Muhammad Ali Center.
Minimum: 15 people. $27 per person

Special Add-on:

Lunch Packages
A boxed lunch option may be added to your group tour of the Frazier Museum. Provided by City Café, lunches include a variety of sandwich options, pasta salad, a cookie, condiments and a drink. A private dining area is available.
Minimum: 15 people. $17 per person (50% deposit due at time of booking)

No deposit is required. Simply make your payment on-site with one transaction. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as cash, checks and traveler’s checks.
