CELEBRATE FOUNDER’S DAY FREE WITH THE FRAZIER
Frazier International History Museum hosts street party, last chance to catch Dragons

(LOUISVILLE, KY)  2007 marks the third birthday for the Frazier International History Museum, and The Frazier wants you to come celebrate our birthday with us this Founder’s Day on September 1st!

Bring friends and family to participate in this late summer adventure complete with FREE admission, a street party and the last chance to catch the fiery Dragons exhibit, which leaves the lair September 4th.

Enjoy the many outdoor activities planned for the block party in front of the museum, which includes inflatable bouncies, music, sidewalk artists, a fire eater, food vendors, demonstrations, the dragon mascot “Scorch,” and more.

After spending time outside, head indoors to explore all the museum has to offer.  Visit the Dragons lair, meet a few historical characters, participate in a raffle for a trip for 2 to London, see some of the over 60 interpretations on daily rotation, and enter the hourly drawings for prizes.  While inside meet Dr. G.L. Gregg, author of the new book The Sporran, and get your autographed copy of this story about a new species of dragon!!

This family friendly event is a great conclusion to the summer, and one you will not want to miss.  Founder’s Day is free to the public, which includes admission to the museum.  As part of the celebration, Main Street in downtown Louisville, KY will close between 8th & 9th.
